Neil Beecroft was responsible for sustainable development at UEFA EURO 2016 football tournament in France. Recently, he was Head of Sustainability for the Lausanne 2020 Winter Youth Olympic Games.
As B Corp Leader, Neil encourages the way in which business innovation and sustainability can positively influence the organisational model of sports and the industry.
He is also Head of the Omega European Masters and is the CoFounder of the StartUp PuraWorka and the NGO Sport and Sustainability International (SandSI).

Aileen McManamon is the Founder and Managing Partner of 5T Sports Group, a global sports management firm and certified B Corp. Aileen founded 5T in 2008, focusing on future-proofing the sports industry identifying sustainable business practices, technology adoption and more integrated community engagement as the critical pathways to industry resilience.She has worked with the Olympic Games, FIFA Women’s World Cup, MLB, MLS, MiLB, Tour de France and the NFL, and brands such as Microsoft, EA Games, Hewlett-Packard and Mercedes-Benz. She is one of the eight authors of the UN’s Sport for Climate Action Initiative. 5T also works with global brands bringing their environmental and social responsibility messaging forward through their sports partnerships. 5T is based in Vancouver and Chicago, with affiliate partners in Amsterdam, Berlin, Copenhagen and Lausanne.
