“Canned food workout with Olympian” – Olya Abasolo Ovtchinnikova

webinar SportWorks FIT with Olya

SportWorks #FIT with Olya!

Olya Abasolo Ovtchinnikova is an Education Manager at ITA & Olympian/ Fencing. Olya represented Canada in fencing at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. After retirement from competitive sport, Olya continued to work in the Olympic Movement first at the Canadian Olympic Committee in Montreal, and now at the International Testing Agency in Lausanne. Olya found balance between staying active and the sedentary lifestyle that comes with an office job by teaching fitness classes on mornings and weekends. Becoming a mother in 2016 was a new challenge, further having to adapt to workouts at home with no equipment, no fixed time, and often during nap times.

Today we find most of the world, including the sport and Olympic Movement community, on hold. Staying both mentally and physically fit can be a challenge, and tomorrow Olya will take us through an at-home exercise circuit that requires nothing more than two cans of your favourite canned foods. So put on your workout gear, grab your tomato sauce and join us for a lunchtime webinar workout!
