A graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne and with more than 15 years in the restaurant business, this father is deeply devoted to his two boys who are his source of happiness and inspiration.

And because you mustn’t stop dreaming, Jean-Pierre extends the adventure in an idyllic setting by the lake in Vidy.
