SportWorks TOGETHER: Innovation in Players Transfers

What is the current situation of international and domestic players’ transfers? What are the challenges? How the individuals and institutions concerned face these challenges? And how could we create innovative solutions to improve transfers?

In this online gathering, a variety of perspectives will come together to discuss how players’ transfers, in football and other collective sports, can be improved. The event will start with different stakeholders, such as athletes, clubs, federations, researchers, IT and Legal professionals, sharing a brief perspective on how they experience transfers. Then, participants will be invited to a collaborative and dynamic conversation to generate insights on common challenges and envision new solutions.
